Monte Rosa Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated scientist to help advance our existing DNA-Encoded Library (DEL) platform. We are looking for an individual with deep expertise in DEL library design, encoding strategies, selection technologies, and hit triaging, who is passionate about developing innovative approaches that expand our DEL capabilities and accelerate drug discovery.
