This policy applies to payments for job postings, bundles on Life Science Work, operated by Morfeo Technologies OÜ. It forms part of the terms. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

Your posting is published as soon as your payment goes through, and once it is live the service has been provided in full. There is no cooling-off period, no cancellation window and no refund after publication, in whole or in part. The exceptions below are limited to money that bought nothing and to postings we take down ourselves.

When you get the full amount back

• Your posting never went live. If your payment succeeded but the posting it paid for was not published, we refund the full amount without you having to ask.
• You were charged twice. A duplicate payment for the same posting is refunded in full.
• We take a posting down without cause. If we remove a live posting for a reason that is not a breach of the terms by you, we refund the full amount.

When there is no refund

• After publication. Once a posting is live, the service has been provided. Postings are published the moment they are paid for, so this applies from that moment. Changing your mind, closing a posting early, filling the position, publishing it with a mistake in it, or receiving fewer applications than you hoped for does not entitle you to a full or partial refund.
• Removal for a breach. A posting removed because it breaks the terms, for example because it is misleading, discriminatory or not a genuine vacancy, is not refunded.

Bundles

A bundle is refundable in full only while none of its postings has been used. Once you have published a posting from it, the bundle has been partly performed and is not refunded, in whole or in part, including the postings still unused. Unused postings lapse at the end of the validity period shown on the pricing page and are not refunded or extended.

If we refund a bundle, any postings still unused are cancelled at the same time. Postings already published from it are treated as ordinary postings under this policy.

How to ask for a refund

Write to info@lifesciencework.ch with the job title and the email address you posted with. We answer within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through our payment provider Mollie, within 14 days of our confirmation. How long your bank or card issuer then takes to show the money is outside our control.

Disputed payments

If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, the posting it paid for is taken down. Please write to us first; it is faster for everyone.
